Council of Heads of State/Government (Summit) is the supreme governing body of CICA. It defines priorities and provides policy guidelines and directions of CICA; takes decisions on key issues pertaining to realization of the objectives of CICA; resolves key issues of its internal mechanism and functioning; interaction with other states and international organizations and fora; and considers the most important international issues of interest to the Member States.
