The Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) extends its heartfelt congratulations to the Republic of Korea on the occasion of its National Foundation Day.
The Secretariat highly appreciates the Republic of Korea’s constructive engagement in CICA and its important contributions over 20 years since becoming CICA Member State in 2006, as well as Seoul's valuable role in maintaining peace and stability, dialogue and cooperation across Asia.
