Participants: lower or mid-ranking law enforcement officers who have newly started their missions in Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime Divisions from the CICA Member States
Purpose: to enable law enforcement officers who are newly assigned in Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime Units in their countries, to perform their duties in criminal investigations in a competent, loyal to ethical principles, self-confident, and integrated manner by learning their authorities and responsibilities, improving their attitudes and behaviors to provide quality service to society in the combat against crime and criminals.
