Participants: Representatives of CICA Member States and selected Observer States, including skilled professionals, technical specialists, vocational education and training institutions, trade unions, industry associations, enterprises and relevant government authorities.
Objective: The CICA Skills Competition aims to promote mutual trust, people-to-people exchanges and practical cooperation among CICA participating countries through professional skills development and technical exchanges. The Competition will provide a platform for participants to demonstrate expertise, share best practices and strengthen professional networks while contributing to workforce development and innovation across the region. The programme will feature competitions in bricklaying, UAV assembly, adjustment and maintenance, and intelligent operation and inspection of high-voltage cables, alongside thematic seminars, technical exchanges, visits to enterprises and vocational training institutions, and discussions on skills development and technological innovation. The event will contribute to confidence building, talent development and regional prosperity through enhanced cooperation in vocational skills and technical education.
