Objectives: The Plenary Session will focus on three key areas, encompassing the overcoming of trade barriers and streamlining of procedures, the development of multimodal corridors and digitalization of documentation in the transport sector, as well as the integration of regional energy systems and advancement of cooperation in renewable energy and energy efficiency.
