The Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) extends its sincere congratulations to the State of Kuwait on the occasion of its National Day.
On this significant occasion, the Secretariat conveys its warm wishes to the Government and the people of Kuwait, noting with appreciation Kuwait’s continued achievements in sustainable development and its active engagement in dialogue and multilateral cooperation, consistent with the confidence building objectives of CICA.
The Secretariat also takes this opportunity to express its appreciation for Kuwait’s continued engagement within CICA, including its recent voluntary financial contribution to the Secretariat’s budget, reflecting its constructive participation in supporting the Organization’s ongoing institutional development.
