The Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) extends its warmest congratulations to the Republic of Uzbekistan on the occasion of its Independence Day.
Uzbekistan has consistently demonstrated its constructive engagement within CICA, and we are confident that this will continue to make a significant contribution to the strengthening of our Organization. We especially value its role as Coordinator of the Human Dimension, which is vital to fostering deeper mutual understanding and trust among the Member States within the CICA framework.
