Agenda:

Experts from the CICA Member States will review and develop the draft Regulations of the CICA Fund before its submission for consideration by the Special Working Group and Senior Official Committee. The Kazakh Chairmanship proposed the CICA Fund as an additional voluntary funding mechanism to support implementation of the CICA activities. The draft Regulations is designed to set objectives, structure and mode of operation of the Fund.

Participants:

Experts authorized by the Member States and who have expert knowledge and experience in the areas of international project management, development of assistance projects, financial management, international aid & humanitarian assistance.
