“Pearl of Kazakhstan” Painting

The artwork was graciously presented to the CICA Secretariat by the President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev representing the spirit and heritage of the host nation.

A masterpiece of contemporary Kazakh realism, “The Jewel of Kazakhstan” captures the landscape of Lake Burabay. Through a light and vibrant palette, Gulmira Telgozieva, Honored Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, renders the surface of the lake and the surrounding fir forests that define the nation’s natural heritage.
