The Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) extends its warmest congratulations on the occasion of the Republic Day of Türkiye.
The CICA Secretariat highly commends Türkiye’s proactive and constructive role as one of the most dynamic driving forces within CICA. Türkiye’s steadfast support for the institutional transformation of the Conference into a full-fledged international organization has been instrumental in advancing CICA’s evolution and enhancing its operational capacity.
Türkiye continues to play an important role in promoting the CICA agenda and provides consistent support to its initiatives. As Coordinator in the priority area “New Challenges and Threats” and co-Coordinator in three other priority areas, Türkiye effectively fulfils its commitments through practical cooperation, professional training and capacity-building programmes for CICA Member States.
