The Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) is a forum uniting 27 Asian states and covering 90% of the continent's territory and population.
The People's Republic of China pays great attention to its foreign policy and cooperation in multilateral diplomacy.
I am pleased that China has been an active member of CICA since its very beginning, adding a significant impetus to the development of the Forum.
