The Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) conveys its sincere congratulations on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia.
Indonesia has been a valued partner of CICA and a consistent supporter of the CICA process in its capacity as an Observer State.
