- The issues of contribution in the promotion of peace, stability and security in Asia were discussed at the virtual meeting of the Executive Director of CICA Secretariat, Ambassador Kairat Sarybay, with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Bangladesh in Moscow, H.E. Mr. Kamrul Ahsan, on 11 January 2021.
- Steps for further interaction were discussed at the online meeting of the Executive Director of the CICA Secretariat Ambassador Kairat Sarybay with H.E. Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Beijing Dr. Anvar Alabdullah, concurrently responsible for cooperation with CICA.

- On December 11, 2020, the Senior Officials Committee (SOC) meeting was virtually held under the Chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Kazakhstan, Mr. Shakhrat Nuryshev.
- A solid foundation for the further progressive advancement of the CICA and productive work of Senior Officials Committee (SOС) was laid following the online meeting of the Special Working Group (SWG) on December 9, 2020, under the moderation of Kazakh Chairmanship of the CICA.
- The UAE share the goals and objectives of the CICA and is ready to contribute to the development of the forum, said Charge d'Affaires of the United Arab Emirates in Kazakhstan, Mr. Ammar Albreiki, who visited the CICA headquarters on December 7, 2020.
